This replacement pipe is for performance testing & tuning on the Rotax 1330
For year 2015-2017 F3/F3T/RT the rear mount has been removed as it is not needed for mounting.
Add performance and sound to your RT and F3 and drop a few pounds in the process. Sounds good on the RT but sounds fantastic on the F3! You can use the new can opener baffle with the pipe to quiet it down a bit and add back pressure and torque. We recommend you try it without the baffle if louder is what your looking for. The baffle provided will tame the sound down a bit but will still have a great exhaust note. You have options and that's a good thing. To install the can opener baffle simply insert the baffle in the spring end of the pipe and use a deep socket to drive it in. No drilling needed as it's a snug fit.
There are no instructions with the pipe, simply remove the old pipe and replace with the new performance pipe. We recommend that you let the bike idle for 10 min. or so to let the computer learn the new flow. If you plan to use it on road check with your local and state agencies.
Video show old style pipe with rear hanger. This hanger is no longer needed because there is next to no weight being carried compared to the stock primary muffler.

Bought the pipe for my wifes bike. Just put it on yesterday, Sounds Great. Live in Wisconsin still waiting on some nice weather.
Very well made, clean, smooth. I Ceramic coated mine flat black. Highly recommended. Im running this pipe with out the baffle using stock muffle. I see performance gains but not quite as loud as I want. thinking I will do the 2 brothers silencer with the baffle. I running an 18 F3 Limited
Nice pipe, well made. Used the insert provided to maintain back pressure and keep the sound under control. Sounds good, a little louder and deeper tone than stock. I backed the bike of the bike onto a car ramp and installed the pipe in about 1/2 hour. I also user the roadster renovations spring removal tool (cable with a hook) to remove and install the springs, this made it easy. You do have to unbolt the the cat rubber mounting bracket to get the cat off easily and get the new pipe on. Bike runs and removed a ton of weight and heat.

This pipe worked fantastic. Easy install and made the bike sound so much better plus gave it a little boost in power and gas mileage.
I debated on this bypass pipe but I went ahead and made the purchase. The quality of the build is really outstanding which also made the fit perfect.
The hardest part of the job is getting the springs off, truely impossible without a T-handle spring puller. The spring puller is less than $20 so why not offer to sell one to you at the time of the purchase? I had my pipe ceramic coated flat black ($80) to make it less noticeable that the California required cat is gone. I spent about 30 minutes getting the springs off, 20 minutes fighting the cat (BTW: it weighs a ton) that didn’t want to part ways with my Daytona F3-S, 5 minutes setting the new pipe in place, and a solid 45 minutes getting the springs back on.
The result was worth the money and sweat putting it on. I don’t have the stock muffler on my Spyder. I have the optional carbon fiber $1k muffer with the name I can’t pronounce - Akrapovic. The sound is a tap raspy but it sounds great. I do have the baffle installed in the pipe. I put 1,417 miles on it last week going to the Nor Cal Spyder Rally and I got a lot of compliments. I would swear that since my trip that the sound is a little lower that the start of my trip but it sounds really sweet. I’m very happy with this product and would highly recommend it.
