The rooms are nice and clean and the staff is very friendly to Spyder Riders! Great parking and the hotel is easy to find (just off the freeway). It's a great place to have your own little Spyderlovers party after the events each day.

Most folks will be checking in Tues. 9/12 and checking out Sun. 9/17

Book your rooms now and tell them you're with the Spyder group and they will take care of you. Looking forward to seeing you there!

 

 

Spyders in the Ozarks 2023 is on!
 
In 2022 we had over 550 registered for this event and this year should be even bigger with the Road Warrior Foundation making Spyders In The Ozarks one of their last stops. The Road Warriors will be here around 4:00 on Friday and will head to Finley Park with us around 5:30. There will be a Cajun Dinner provided at the park 

Itinerary

• Wednesday
  8:00-4:00 Registration & Thursday Ride Sign Up
  5:30 pm- Meet and Greet at Billy Gails in Ozark, Home of the 14" Pancake. You can meet us there or you can ride out from Lamonster Garage @ 5:15
  This is a great place to gather and we'll have the whole place to ourselves. The parking lot will be filled with Spyders and it's a great time of fellowship while enjoying some great food too. If you get here early don't miss this gathering. Cost for this meal is on you.
  
  
• Thursday
  7:00-4:00 Guided and self guided rides
  7:00 Friday Guided Ride Sign up
  7:00- Gates open at Lamonster Garage Access to vendors
  8:00 Guided Rides Leave from North Point Church down the road from Lamonster Garage
  2:30 ELKA shock clinic. We will have a factory rep from ELKA to answer all your suspension questions
  5:30 BBQ and Pie Social at Finley Park along with Door Prizes and Raffle from our sponsors

  8:00-4:00 Guided and self guided rides
  8:00 Friday Guided Ride Sign up
  8:00- Gates open at Lamonster Garage Access to vendors
  8:00 Guided Rides Leave from North Point Church down the road from Lamonster Garage
  2:30 GARMIN clinic. A factory rep will be able to answer all your GPS questions
  5:30 Hangout with the Road Warriors and enjoy a Cajun Dinner at Finley Park
  Pictures will be taken at the park by Sherwood Archibald and will be available online
  
  
  
• Saturday
  The shop will be open but there are no scheduled events for that day. If you need to head home early this will give you an extra day for that. If you're still here on Saturday you can join in a group ride to Eureka Springs or Jasper Arkansas. Both rides will have a lunch stop.
  If you just want to hang around and go for a self guided ride this will be a good day for that too.
  Lamonster Garage will be open on Saturday for repairs and installs

IN CONSIDERATION for being permitted to participate in this Lamonster Garage SITO ride. 

THE UNDERSIGNED PARTICIPANTS: 

1. HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE Lamonster Garage, Steve Bingham, or any other ride leader or any of the participating vendors or sponsors, and owners and lessees of premises used to conduct the event and each of them, their officers and employees, any of the towns or Cities included in the SITO rides, The State of Missouri, the dealers officers, directors, management, officials and volunteers; all for the purpose herein referred to as “releases,” from all liability to the undersigned, their personal representatives, assigns, heirs, and next of kin for any and all loss or damage, and any claim or demands therefore on account of injury to the person or property or resulting in death of the undersigned, whether caused by the negligence of the releases or otherwise while the undersigned is participating in the event. 

2. HEREBY AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND SAVE AND HOLD HARMLESS the releases and each of them from any loss, liability, damage, or cost (including attorney’s fees) they may incur due to the presence of the undersigned participating in the event and whether caused by the negligence of the releases or otherwise. 

3. THE UNDERSIGNED PARTICIPANTS agree that while participating in this event, the use of alcohol or any substance which affects the ability to operate or control his or her vehicle or may be considered as hazardous to the health and safety of participants and spectators is strictly forbidden. 

4. THE UNDERSIGNED AGREES that he or she will not use or operate any vehicle in violation or contravention of any City, County, State or Federal laws, statuaries, ordinances or regulation and shall be personally liable for all fines and penalties for such violations. Proper safety gear is required for all modes of transportation. 

5. HEREBY ASSUMES FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR AND RISK OF BODILY INJURY, DEATH OR PROPERTY DAMAGE due to the negligence of releases or otherwise while participating in the event. 

EACH OF THE UNDERSIGNED expressly acknowledges and agrees that the foregoing release, waiver, and indemnity agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by law of the State in which it is operated in and that if an portion thereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect. 

THE UNDERSIGNED HAS READ AND VOLUNTARILY SIGNS THE RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT, and further agree that no oral representations, statements or inducements apart from the foregoing written agreement have been made.
