Each shock is custom-calibrated using your rider information and preferred suspension setup so the spring and damping configuration can be better matched to rider weight, passenger use and riding style.
ELKA Stage 5 Rear Suspension
The Stage 5 uses ELKA's High-Flow technology together with lightweight components and low-friction internal parts to provide smooth damping response, improved bump absorption and consistent traction.
A remote reservoir provides additional oil capacity, while independent adjustment of high-speed compression, low-speed compression, rebound damping and spring preload gives experienced riders extensive control over rear suspension behavior.

This allows the suspension setup to be matched more closely to your actual riding configuration rather than using one generic setup for every Ryker.

This Stage 5 rear shock is specifically designed for the 2019–2021 Can-Am Ryker Rally. The 2022+ Ryker Rally uses a different ELKA Stage 5 rear-shock application.
Stage 5 Suspension Adjustments
High-Speed Compression — Controls suspension response during sharper and faster shock movements such as potholes, abrupt bumps and hard impacts.
Low-Speed Compression — Fine-tunes suspension response during braking, acceleration, cornering and slower chassis movement.
Rebound Damping — Controls how quickly the shock extends after compression and allows additional tuning of chassis stability and ride response.
Spring Preload — Allows adjustment for rider weight, passenger use and ride-height requirements.
Because Stage 5 provides extensive adjustment capability, some testing and fine-tuning may be required to achieve your preferred suspension setup.
