Remove stubborn bug splatter, tar, tree sap, and road grime with Muc-Off Motorcycle Bug & Tar Remover. This 250 ml spray is designed for riders who need a fast, targeted cleaner for tough residue on motorcycles, Can-Am Spyders, Rykers, ATVs, UTVs, cars, trucks, trailers, and other powersports machines.
The fast-acting biodegradable formula helps break down stuck-on insect residue, tar spots, road film, and grime so they can be wiped away with less effort. It is tough on contamination but gentle on hard exterior surfaces when used as directed.
Use Muc-Off Bug & Tar Remover on hard surfaces including paint, metal, chrome, hard plastics, and glass. For best results, apply only to cool surfaces out of direct sunlight, allow the product to dwell briefly, then wipe away with a clean microfiber cloth.
Important: test on a small inconspicuous area first. Do not allow prolonged contact with rubber, and do not use this product on helmets or helmet visors.

How To Use Muc-Off Bug & Tar Remover
- Make sure the surface is cool and out of direct sunlight.
- Wash and dry the area first so loose dirt does not scratch the surface.
- Shake bottle well before use.
- Spray onto the bug, tar, sap, or road grime residue.
- Let the formula dwell for 1–2 minutes. For stubborn baked-on residue, allow up to 5 minutes.
- Do not allow the product to dry on the surface.
- Wipe away residue with a clean, dry microfiber cloth.
- Follow with a protectant, polish, or detail spray if desired.
Store in a cool dry place out of reach of children.
