Show Chrome® Short Spiral AM/FM Antenna for Can-Am Spyder RT, F3-T & F3 Limited — 41-180
The Show Chrome® Short Spiral AM/FM Antenna is a clean, practical replacement for the long stock OEM antenna found on many Can-Am Spyder touring models. At just 7-1/2" tall, this short spiral antenna helps reduce the hassle of the tall factory whip antenna getting in the way of bike covers, low garage doors, and everyday storage.
Designed as a direct replacement for compatible Can-Am Spyder RT, F3-T, and F3 Limited AM/FM antennas, the SC-41-180 gives your Spyder a cleaner look while keeping radio functionality. It also includes a new Can-Am RT grommet for a finished installation and a removable M6-1.0 threaded screw for mounting flexibility.

Installation Notes
Remove the factory OEM antenna and install the Show Chrome® Short Spiral Antenna using the included hardware as needed. For Can-Am RT models, install the included grommet for a clean finished look. Confirm the antenna is secure before riding.

Two Can Am Spyders... Two Show Chrome Short Spiral Antennas!
Such a super-easy install that provides much more utility (Being out of the way when you put that cover on!) that it's a no-brainer. No discernible difference in picking up stations, so can't beat it. Loved it so much on my wife's 2016 Can Am Spyder RT Limited that it was one of the FIRST things I slapped on my 2023 Can Am Spyder RT Sea-to-Sky! GREAT product! Thanks!

Short Spiral Antenna
This antenna is sturdier and better at pulling in FM than the OEM. I'm very pleased with the results! The video instructions differed from the factory install on my 2019 RTL. On mine, I had to split the rubber coating on the old antenna with a utility knife to get to the attachment point. Once I did, it took very little to undo it. However, the base piece of the antenna is not hex, it is knurled. And they used blue LocTite, not yellow. It was not difficult to remove by hand once I had the whip off. I put a dab of blue LocTite on both ends of the attachment screw and twisted everything tight to attach the new antenna.

Fairly easy to install. Looks good on the Spyder. Reception is as good as OEM antenna.

Show Chrome Short Spiral Antenna
Wife broke her factory antenna putting cover on. Based on reviews we ordered this antenna, works great and easy install after getting proper 7mm deep socket. I cleaned up the excess blue loctite on the antenna mounting block, and used clear fingernail polish rather than loctite, a trick I learned from my radio repair days, holds well and doesn't block signal like loctite does.
