NOTE: LG-1065 Roller Upgrade replaces the small roller on the OEM belt tensioner # 19800431 and # 19800419. The larger dual bearing roller will out perform and outlast the OEM roller. Fits only OEM belt tensioners part numbers 19800431 and 19800419
NOTE: SPYDER'S DO NOT COME STANDARD WITH A BELT TENSIONER, PLEASE VERIFY IF YOUR SPYDER HAS OEM TENSIONER BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER. IF YOUR SPYDER DOES NOT HAVE SAID TENSIONER YOU CAN ORDER COMPLETE TENSIONER KIT FOR YOUR RT / F3 MODELS. THIS WOULD INCLUDE THE OEM TENSIONER AND THE UPGRADED ROLLER.
We have redesigned the roller for the stock BRP belt tensioner that allows two larger bearings and a larger roller to reduce the rpm that the roller spins.
No more worrying about the stock roller failing and stranding you on the side of the road. Not to mention the cost of a new belt ($310.00).
The idea is to be able to give you a cost effective alternative to what’s available now. We are offering the 2.0 roller by it's self so you can upgrade the factory belt tensioner on your bike.
NOTE: These are not lifetime rollers or bearings and we expect them to last 15 to 20 thousand miles. If the arm is not installed square with the belt it will fail sooner as that will put extra load on the bearing. These are a wear item and should be inspected frequently.

Tensioner/Rollers
We just purchased them, 1st tensioner lasted 18,000 miles, will be taking a few trips to see if this new item will last longer. Did get replacement bearings just in case 1st bearing has any problems. Our dealer shop said we made a good choice in replacement parts!!

RT Roller Upgrade
This is my 2nd upgraded roller to replace the existing one with 15000 miles use. The belt looks like no wear but the surface of the roller has some irregular wear. I think there was at least another 5000 miles because the bearings show no signs of degradation. I replaced it anyway because I had the side off for other work.

Belt Tensioner Roller Kit
After watching the Lamonster video on this product I decided this is what I needed for my F3T. After installing it took all the vibration out of the belt. I liked the idea of the double roller bearing and bigger roller.
