Product Description
The Missing Belt Guard is a smart protection upgrade for 2014–present Can-Am Spyder RT models with the 1330 engine. This guard helps protect the drive belt from stones, gravel, and road debris that can get between the belt and rear sprocket, potentially causing expensive damage that may not be covered under warranty.
This special belt guard attaches to the left swing arm and helps block debris before it reaches the drive belt and sprocket area. It is made from black polycarbonate, giving it the thin, lightweight, strong, and durable design needed for the tight clearance between the tire and belt.

Belt Guard
Living on a dirt road and reading about rocks been caught in the belt and seeing the open side I figured that I needed something and this seemed to be the best product out there. The fit is perfect and it sticks tight. A great product and does what it is supposed too.

RT Missing Belt Guard
Haven't had any issues thus far, so I guess it's working. The install was a little more difficult than advertised, and the instructions were not much help.

Belt guard
Not a good fit. Had to trim the vertical part close to the belt and trim the horizontal piece narrower at the front of it to make it fit proper.

Should have got it sooner
Should have bought this sooner! Only 1200 miles on the Spyder and a hole was punched through the belt by a small rock, $400 to replace the belt. Easy to install, the adhesive used to mount it seems very strong, so better get it right the first time.

Missing Belt Guard
Easy to install. I would have saved myself the cost of belt replacement if I had installed it before that darn rock...
