Elka rear suspension upgrade
Now that I have the front sway bar in Elka front suspension and last but not least the rear Elka in this spyder is a complete different machine and would recommend it to anyone as your whole ride is transformed when you do these upgrades .I feel much more in control going both in and out of corners and am getting the same reaction from my partner on the back So on that note well worth the spend . Only bad thing I could say is the shipping cost to New Zealand but I put that down to the covid world we now live in . Thanks Guys and my partner likes the wee sweet surprises in your parcel .

elka stage 2 rear shock for rt
the cost of shock was more then replacing compresser and bag. but glad i went with shock i thought with upgraded sway bay it handled good in curves now its even better. its like on rails on the curves. plus smooth ride worth the cost.

Love my elka2 stage 2 shocks no more compressor to worry about on the rear.gave it a 4 only because they are a little pricey.

everything you need in one box
I purchased the Elka rear shock as a alternate to replacing the leaking air bag and the weak stock rear shock. Elka custom calibrates the shocks to your riding style and weight. The shock works as described and no longer worry about replacing the leaking stock air bag and failed air pump. Plus the bike rides so much better. Well worth the money.

Rear Elka shock 2014 RT
Short distance but went over bumps and speed bumps with zero air in and was a firm but smooth ride! I was impressed!

Rear Shock.
Much needed and appreciated. My Spyder was kicking my butt but with this shock I am not being bounced by every little bump or hole I encounter.

Installed Friday, cross country ride Saturday
I installed front and rear stage 2 at the same time. Installation took about 3 hours for all three shocks. But keep in mind I have a helper, fullly tooled up shop, jacks and air tools and lots of experience working in tight places. The initial test ride was just around town, the ride was subtlely different. However, the ride Saturday was FABULOUS. I had a grand ride, amazingly more control on the twisty bumpy country roads! I already had the heavy anti-sway bar and this addition was mind-blowing.
